Q1: How do I request a refund or exchange?
A: Requests for a refund or exchange are accepted via the contact form found on the contact page of this site. A customer service representative will respond to most requests within 72 hours. Requests for a refund or exchange will be honored on items ordered within 15 days of the request. Refunds exclude shipping and handling fees. Only unsealed packages will be considered for a refund.
Q2: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: If you paid by credit card your refund will be processed the following business day, after we receive your return. Once the refund has been initiated the refund will take up to 5 business days from the time you receive the receipt indicating the request has been made to refund your card. If you paid by Bitcoin we will refund you the amount minus shipping costs, if the item was shipped, if not then a full refund will be issued.
Q3: What’s the refund process for Bitcoin purchases ?
A: In order to refund a bitcoin purchase we must return the funds to a bitcoin wallet, we cannot issue refund in other methods. Please provide us with your bitcoin wallet address and a refund will be issued.

A: Yes, in order to fulfill a request for a refund you will need to send the product unused and sealed back to us. Send the product back to our company address listed on our contact page. Include a note with your order number and name, be sure to get a tracking number for your return. Email us the return tracking so we can keep track of it.
Q6: How long will it take to process a return?
A: Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. Credit card refund times will vary by the practices and policies of the issuing institution, usually takes 5 business days. Check and money order refunds will be sent via fedEX First Class mail with tracking, to confirm customer receipt.

A: Items considered for refund must be returned to our pharmacy in the original packaging unopened. We cannot accept partially used product due to hygiene issue. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 10 days from the time you received your package. we reserves the right to deny refunds for items that are received in an unacceptable condition. Return postage costs are the customers responsibility.
